This is an extract of the course "Fundamentals of Business Process Management", created for Politecnico di Milano. Specifically, the course focuses on process modelling with BPMN.
You’ll learn how to model business processes by going through the main constructs of the standard process modelling language BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). You’ll also see how to apply the learnings to a range of real-life examples.
By the end of this course you should be able to document business processes at different levels of detail using contemporary business process modeling techniques.
